Biography
Dr. Jude B. Rola is an accomplished academic administrator and researcher with extensive experience in higher education. He holds a Doctor of Information Technology (DIT) at Cebu Institute of Technology-University, a MS in Information Technology (MSIT) at Hannam University, and BS in Computer Engineering at Cebu Institute of Technology-University. With over two decades of teaching and research experience, Dr. Rola has made significant contributions to computer science education, research advancement, and institutional quality assurance. He is deeply involved in curriculum development, research mentorship, and academic practice transformation for higher education in the Philippines.
